Hello, I have a problem, I bought my razor quite recently and I only had the opportunity to use it today. The first problem is that I cannot remove the battery at all, and the second is that after I accidentally took it apart in the place of the engine, it does not want to work after reassembling. The engine without the stroke works, but with the stroke inserted as in the video, it doesn't want to work, it doesn't even make any sounds, please help.

My Machines crapped out quik!! Smh I tried all this on ur videos and nothing is fixing it.i put a new stroke cam checked all the power connections and still boggs out and stops whe using..sucks balls!!

I just bought this machine and I can’t turn it on, It worked for a few minutes at first, then it turned off and I assumed I should charge it but when I did so the machine still didn't turn on, at times it turns on and turns off instantly

Does it come with 4mm or 3.5 installed?
