@@crypastesomemore8348 whaaaat!?! Explain your thought process here? I mean your going to call someone a moron, so explain to me the logistics of how taxes inhibit practicing religion. The reason I say this is major catholic countries such as Italy and Ireland pay taxes on religion and they are some of the most practiced countries in Western culture. Higher education is taxed, medicine and treatment is taxed but noooooooooooooo religion shouldn't be.... that's the priority fight hahahah.
@j3in725
@j3in725 4 жыл бұрын
They won't, because that would be "religious discrimination", the difficult thing with these kind of situations is that you can't link the actions of one person to a whole group, unless this person is of high standing and is (not the only one) teaching his actions to others If they can accomplish this, they have a reason to ditch the religion and make them pay taxes, or even ban them for protection of victims or bystanders

Leah Remini was asked if Tom Cruise would be afraid to ever leave Scientology because of possible secrets they could reveal about him. She emphatically stated, "No." She said Tom doesn't leave because why would he? He is treated almost God-like by everyone in the organization, he has Scientologists working for him for zero pay, and he is basically living his best life. She said whether he believes the bullsh*t or not, he has no reason to ever want to leave. Which, if true, I found telling of Tom Cruise's character. He's, by all accounts and court records, abandoned his only biological child, because of this pseudo-religion/cult. If he is staying for the ego stroke in exchange for having a meaningful relationship with and being present in his daughter's life, then he is no better than any other deadbeat dad in this world.

Lisa Yang He was pulled out of “The Hole” for the BBC, John Sweeney interview. You should watch it cause it seems like no one commenting on this page knows anything about Scientology. It’s practices & it’s crimes against humanity. Oh, and the correct spelling of it’s chief spokesman’s name. But that’s OK. Gotta start somewhere. These people are maggots. The members of the Sea Org who start as kids who understandably think, as do most of their parents, that there is NOTHING more important than clearing the planet, which ofcourse is what they’re learning to do. They work for practically free. So when they eventually leave, like the exciting rash of defectors we’re seeing now in 2018-19, they are middle aged men & women, shunned by family & friends (who of course are other Scientologists cause who else do you know?” You split from your non believing families long ago (if they are out). Now. You have ... No money. No transport. No ID. Never held a bank account. No rental history. No experience in any “real world “ job. Definitely no letter of recommendation from previous employer because THEY WERE FUCKEN SCIENTOLOGISTS. But even with all that scary stuff to look forward to when you leave, you’ll also see that your best day in that cult was still worse than your best day free of it. Drop the shackles. The people out here in the “real world”, despite what you’ve been told, are mostly pretty great.

Well, anyone under anyone else's control - even if that is a total free gift, golden kind loving control, eventually any person wants to become a free will agent again, and not be under control of another. It is human nature to want to do your own thing, and not be controlled. Every religion, science, history, mathmatics, art - has interesting and useful ideas. Find what is helpful for you, collect it, and move on... Katie knew Tom would be a good mate - successful, handsome, funny, friendly, personally charming man - all good things. But American women love their independence, and she was raised Catholic - which is very, very different from Scientology. When people have inter-faith marriages it is important to discuss and decide how children will be raised beforehand. Tom loves his work, his Scientology, and Katie... If they could have agreed to raise their daughter Suri going to a Catholic school and being raised Catholic, while also free to read the books of Scientology - then Suri would get to learn about both religions, and select the concepts and ideas and faith that was most helpful to herself. Inter-Faith marraiges work when 1+1 = 2 and children benefits from all the Faith and Hope and Love of both ideas. When 1 - 1 = 0 and there is a struggle between the parents, the children miss out and usually couples split. God is Love, and Love is God. As long as people are loving to each other and their children - they honor God.

Yes, and a lot of people say or can confirm that Travolta and Cruise have had gay relationships (some dude called Angrygaypope, look it up), this guy said that the escorts he has slept with told him that they have had sex with Tom Cruise at the Celebrity Center. Go figure, Tom Cruise will be there for life, because if he quits: 1.-Scientology dies. 2.-So the career of Tom due to all the dirt and blackmail from those guys.

I've worked with tom cruise at warner bros (when I say "with" I mean on the same production) He is strict in what he wants, firm with those who go against the rules but very friendly and approachable. (He finances a lot of the films himself) One instance he didn't run off in his limo to his trailer for 5 star lunch... He joined a long queue of extras for hot plate food and sat literally in the dirt eating like everyone else. Granted his assistants went very happy but us low lifes were pleased to see him mucking in. Scientology is a crock of shit though!!!

Money, they draw them in that threw scientology they will make money ,it will draw it to you. (movie stars are their greatest achievement in this believe) then they claim they are helping others by using the money the organization receive to help people achieve higher potential, thus they need to recruit these people to help them improve their lives, (really these are slaves that work for free, to gain improvement. ) then they are always saying that they are helping mankind with their problems, pollution, global warming, hunger ,ECT: (Really ☹ Not) that money stays with them. The people are looking for something lacking in their lives, and this organization use emotional mind games on people that already have things missing in their lives. Praying on the week.

I remember a lady invited me inside the Scientology building on sunset blvd, and I literally did the rod test. They were measuring my negative and positive energy or something like that. And then I took like a 100-200 multiple choice “survey” asking questions about my anxiety/depression/mood/personal things about a person. Anyways i think their strategy is to target whether we have “faults” or “issues with-ourselves” to fix / improve. And effectively they offer you the courses to improve those areas of faults. They kept repeating that Scientology is knowledge and who wouldn’t want to have this knowledge ....

Let's not forget Mike Rinder- the guy interviewed as the Scientology rep. toward the second half of this video- ended up dropping out of the cult and is now Leah Remini's "sidekick" (so to speak) on her show, Scientology and the Aftermath, and he was one of their MAIN people. He was physically beaten by David Miscavage on many occasions, and kept in a jail (with other high profile Scientologists who did nothing wrong - basically it was like when Voldemort finds out Harry Potter is going after his Horocrux, and has already destroyed some, so he just kills everyone who was in the room with him while he found out, even if they'd been a loyal follower. Basically when Scientology started becoming the butt of jokes and people started speaking out, that's what David Miscavage did, except in the form of putting them all in a barracks-style jail where they were held against their will, made to wear all black, and psychologically tortured. If you can find a clip where he or any of them explain when they made them play musical chairs, WATCH IT, IT'S INSANE. I think it's in the "Going Clear" doc)- and even when he's seen in that documentary with the British guy where he's saying right to the guy's face that David had never hit him, he came out of jail to do the "job" of harassing that brit doing the Scientology doc. He said he was so brainwashed he believed he deserved the punishment. Also, because he left, his ENTIRE family disconnected from him. Like all of them: his wife, two kids, siblings.... etc. and he was the one who got them into it. It's actually really, really sad. Think that at the time he's doing this interview, he may have been being kept in a jail, or may have been kicked or punched by the leader of his church a day before, but he's so brainwashed he's defending all of it. I really am thankful for Leah Remini, so I was able to stop seeing Scientology as the "people who believe in aliens & throw away all their money!" and the butt of a joke, and was able to see it as a cult that truly destroys peoples lives just like any other cult; she really humanized them for me.

It's all very well that a successful actor is a Scientologist, but actors are people who pretend to be something they're not, in order to entertain us and to make a living. I'm sure they have to work hard and produce good results, but that kind of personality, devoted to their appearance in the eyes of others isn't the most suited to give advice on sanity - spiritual qualities like unselfishness and lack of ego are not things which Hollywood holds dear. Spirituality doesn't cost money, either - although understandably, entertainment does.

Why did Nicole leave? Because she's smart. Her father was a psychologist and I can't imagine what her parents thought when she joined the cult. I'm proud of anyone who gets out. I'm sad that her two adopted children are still a part of it.
