Nice 👍. To date, anything you don't particularly like about your M&P 2.0 in general as compared to glocks you've ran? Any reliability issues so far? Considering upgrading the gritty trigger with an Apex? Reminds me of a Zev OZ9 since both are striker fired with 18 degree grip angle and steel chassis (though M&P's is embedded). Without the ramjet on the OZ9, does the M&P shoot as flat or flatter? What about concealment and comfort carrying? Same as OZ9? Thank you sir

Loop velcro fixes the rattle of the X300. I had that same issue on my M&P and it fixed it. Easy $5 fix from Home Depot. Love my Compact 2.0 and i run it in an ANR holster.

Man I still love my m&p 1.0. Ever since I changed the trigger I fell back in love with it. Waiting for my holster for my echelon to come in so I can attempt to carry that and also have a Zev hypercomp on the way. So either one of those, my pull the m&p shield plus back out or just ride with old faithful the helly pro.

@@dariuskincaid yeah it is. Especially the new ones. First two handgun purchases were M&Ps. Yeah I can’t wait to get my hands on that Zev. Already orders a Timney tigger for it.

Very nice rotation. Last year I carried primarily the Hellcat Pro. I started with the p365 xmacro but once I replaced the grip module with Icarus precision I never carried it again. My other regular carry was a Taurus 856 Executive which I love because there’s no external hammer to snag on clothes during a draw. My other carry was the 75 p01 omega- I changed the grips to Vytal Manufacturing Co palm swells- perfect gun. Lastly, if I needed deep concealment or a backup, I carried a ruger lcp max. I’m looking to add the Glock 23 to the 2024 rotation.

Did you stop carrying the p365 cause of the heavier weight with the Icarus? I’ve been thinking about grabbing a module from them for my 365xl

@@dariuskincaid no, I stopped because of the amount of money I put into upgrades. If I ever had to use that firearm, I wouldn’t want to risk never getting it back and losing that investment.

⁠@@tjblackbauer9997that’s to bad would you say that you shoot the macro better know with the Icarus frame? If you do then couldn’t you be handicapping your yourself in a self defense situation especially if you shoot the sig better than the hellcat. I have about 1300 in my macro build with optic which is pretty cheap for that platform I am sure you have more in it than me. I probably put a Fez works slide and barrel mag extensions and new optic on mine. Probably looking at 2k plus lol. It never ends but your life is worth having the best tools on you. Maybe I should have just bought staccato cs lol.

@@andershilmo1866 i definitely understand your point and I think I’m equally proficient on each gun in my edc rotation. And yes if it turned out that I found a superior firearm, I would carry that no matter what it cost.

@@tjblackbauer9997 That’s cool that you are equally proficient with all your guns. I can definitely shoot my p10F p10c and pdp pro sd better than my macro and 365 especially out past 15 yards. With upgrades like comps these slim 365 and hellcat types are very close for me.

That S&W MP 2.0 10mm is nice looking aint it??? I have one too, but its the most unreliable gun I own right now! Swapped the rod and mag springs... worked with Underwood. Took it to the range this past weekend and shot some brass and went to squeeze after firing a few shots, I squeezed the trigger and nothing happened. So, now Im replacing the trigger system with Apex hoping that fixes it. If it doesnt then its gonna get replaced by the FN 10mm I got also after I mail it off to S&W

Nice collection. I only have the G20 Gen 5 now. I want to get the G45 Gen5 back I absolutely loved that gun. I also want to know if it is possible to get the entire firearm DLC coated? I don't know anything about it so I figured I would find out from those with experience.

G45 is a winner thru and thru! And yes you can get the entire thing coated. Some shops are better than others imo

Honestly I didn’t expect much cause there is a lot of purists out there saying how it’s not good enough and how the x300 is superior but I actually really like it. It looks good, light is bright and battery lasts a long time. My only quirk is the controls can be a little weird sometimes with the strobe feature and the extended on feature but once you get the hang of it it’s good to go

You can use some Velcro tape to make it go away. You can find some cheap at Home Depot of Lowe’s. Seems to work. And thanks man! 🙏🏽
