Just turned 50 in June 2022. Can honestly say that from 1989- 1994 memories, experience of what at the time was still relatively underground were the best year's of my life. Unfortunately the powers that be didn't like us not drinking alcohol and used the Leah betts incident as a guillotine to suppress what was a movement that hadn't been since the 60's. I'm proud I had the opportunity to be a teenager and young adult to feel the emotions that these times brought to us. We laughed and were care free, we just danced. ❤️

First heard this around 91 on a stu Allen mix tape. Mad tune then and still is.. great times in the UK early 90s, music scene was unbelievably good and was never any agro at clubs.

This is/ I believe to be the first ever Jungle/ Drum & Bass track. I think. ‘She’s bitin’ back’ may be even earlier but the connoisseurs of jungle will know better than I do. I know they’ll respect my music knowledge enough to not attack me but to add to what I already know of the scene. I was there at its beginning. Kenny Ken was my bosses mate 😂 aged 17/18/19 then I think it was. Roughly. Started raving 86 onwards
