I can say, when it comes to their eyeshadow primer, it seems the way you apply primer isn't the way they suggest using it to get optimal vibrancy or longevity. I know everyone is different in the way they apply products. To each their own.. I don't feel particularly partial to plouise, I have most of their palettes & the way they show using their palettes it's more of a pack & blend the edges type of application. I think using the primer the way they do & using the shadows the way they suggest, you will get a MUCH better outcome. I think that is why they asked you to send a video of you using it. To probably give you suggestions on how to get a better outcome.

You are probably right. I have seen their instagram and had I known that was the only way to make the shadows work, I would have skipped it. Well, you buy and you learn 😁

@@the.makeup.analyst exactly! That's what I like (usually) about playing in makeup.. the 'figuring it out' part.. When it comes to face products usually tho, lol. I like my eyeshadow to do exactly what I want when I want. 😂 I wish you luck tho with whatever you plan to do with your palette! I've actually been wanting to get this one specifically.
