It’s about standards and having pride in your work. A classic example of todays society and a severe lack of morality. The site agents should be checking plots daily and pull up the so called professionals as a lot of this could be avoided. A new build should not need any snagging if people had standards.

Mate I see all this on the regular. Turns my stomach to be honest. The reason - I believe - they get away with it is favouritism. You know how some firms are. Or like you said. Just plain laziness/ shit prices. There should be a painters union. 😂
