Hi Adria, great content so far. I really think that your personalty and your background as a consultant add to the quality of the videos. Maybe you could cover the topic "mind-muscle connection" in one of your videos. In fact, it would be nice, if you cover not so much the theory behind it, but the way you actually apply it to your training in general and especially to training that is dedicated to aquire new skills. Questions like "What are you actually thinking about when you do a excercise? How can you focus better in your workout in general and push your limits?" come to my mind...Thanks so far!

@@AdrianOnBars Hi Adria, that would be really great! 👌 Another interesting question I sometimes wonder about is, if music enhances your workout because it gives you that motivation or that "push" or if it is better to workout or do skill training without music, because it distracts your mind and you can't utilise your mind-muscle connection that much. What are your thoughts?

@@Prevalpersson I think music is effective for both reasons. First it can give you that extra push and second it can help you be more focused which helps with skills like handstands. The tricky part I guess is finding the right music that creates this effect for you personally haha

Parece muy bonito como destaca la Sagrada Familia. Que comes, comida ‘normal’ de España o sigues una dieta estricta. Me gusta hacer dominadas, fondos y tal pero me gustaría perder unos kilos. Un saludo

Pues sigo dieta mediterrania pero intento comer cereales integrales y no tomo bebidas azucaradas. Es buena idea, con menos quilos mejoraras dominadas y fondos. Pues si este es el objetivo con unos pequeños cambios en la dieta ya harías. Un saludo.

Hola,yo también sigo a Tom merrick y creó que es el # 1 siempre le comento y espero también tu progrese más..y también vivo a 2 horas de Boston,no lo tomes a mal pero como tu acento es muy fuerte trata de hablar un poquito más lento tu Inglés, suerte.
