Hello. I’m watching from Ohio along the coast of Lake Erie. Your tree looks beautiful! I’m so sorry about Nitro. I am praying for him. We just had a scare with my 10 years old dog and it made me realize how much I need to appreciate each day I have with her. They are family members.

Prayers for Nitro! My dog was having big seizures, and we took him to the vet and they found nothing then I researched that the oral flea meds he was on caused seizures, so I took him off of those and the seizures stopped. He was older when this started happening and had been on the meds for years but for some reason he started seizing from them. ❤

Sending lots of love and prayers to Nitro… I’m sorry you are going through this. Seizures are scary for sure. The vomiting and disorientation after is normal, it can take about an hour for them to come back to normal. Robbie has epilepsy and it is VERY scary to watch a loved one, furry or human, have a seizure. Gabapentin is what we use to keep them calm, our vet said it is very hard to give them too much. We have a couple of cats on it now but we had Aty and JoJo on it for a while. It is inexpensive. If he wont take it we have a compound pharmacy that can make medication in any flavor - they ship and are very nice. I can give you their info if you need it, it is great for cats especially when they need long term medication. Sending you great big hugs.

I saw a video and the person put tinfoil around the tree to keep kitties off the tree. They don’t like the foil. I’m so sorry Nitro is having issues. Prayers up for healing! ❤

Prayers for Nitro- my daughter lost 2 dogs in one year- it’s been really hard on her. Sasha lost a leg and then a tumor on her other leg which was cancerous- then it spread to her lungs. After 6 months we had to put her down. They are part of the family and it’s hard. ❤️

Watching you and Grayson from where I live on Martha’s Vineyard. Wishing for the all the best for your sweet Nitro. Always love watching him as part of your family. Sadly, The episodes hes having sounds like syncope from cardiomyapothy or yes seizures due to brain tumor.Ive had both happen with my Boxers.

So sorry for Nitro! I can relate. I lost my 17 yr old Albus a shihtzu in August. He started having seizuresàbout 6 mo. prior . Turns out it was his heart. He was on 3 heart meds 2x a day. He had 2 seizures or so a day but would bounce right back and act like a puppy. Until one night he didn't and we lost him in our arms. I am still gutted. Prayers for you and Nitro❤❤❤
