+Dnews resume you can take dictation at a very short period, it is good. But what does you mean for simplify i can't understood. Are you trying to say Transcription ? If this, then it may takes some time to transcript from your dictation. It needs experience and practice. However best of luck for your exam. And i am always here for help steno learners.
