i can understand your concern. but i must say, it is based on highest number on a specific category to get passed. Suppose, there are no candidate in OBC, as you said, and you scored 143.7, then you will be selected for that post. And if there are enough candidate who are best than you, scored more number then there is no value of your 143.75 mark. I hope i can solve your query.
