God has been prepping me on turbo speed. It's been a whirlwind...no alcohol, changed my diet, had me on a fast with no social media for weeks just his word and sermons, changed some of my behaviors, I started praying for people I didn't like, I went on an apology tour, he stripped me of vanity because i've been around here looking NUTS getting my skincare and hair right from the root, he refocused my efforts on starting and launching the business he told me and ALL OF THIS STARTED IN DECEMBER and has continued. SO I AM A WITNESS..the prep process isn't pretty but I feel like I'm being introduced to myself sans trauma for the first time.

My parents are the epitome of a beautiful, healthy, black marriage and I am so thankful they have been my biggest example of seeing how a man can lead his wife. They have been a power couple. Married over 30 years and thats huge!! She has a mentorship program for women and host an annual women’s conference called “Think Pink” that equips Christian women including in the area of marriage. Growing up I’ve never even seen marriages in my family, so she’s been very helpful. Also watching videos like this is impactful if you don’t have women in close proximity! That's so true on having a good trust worthy mentor to prepare you. I needed that when I was married for the first time after 19 years w/three beautiful grown up children (28, 22. 21) after being divorced of 4 years and (now have two beautiful grandkids 3 & 6 months from my oldest son who is married) I am still Holy & single/from absent of sex/healing and etc… I am still praying for a good mentor of a new godly kingdom marriage to come but I'm not dating. I hope that's not bad for me not dating yet at my age of almost 53 coming in March. I guess I'm just being patient and waiting on God. Yesss there is no fairy tale marriage. Yess ma’am Iman having a prayer life is very important. Yess thank you God for the Holy Spirit. This is good! 😊 Self care & patience is also very important! Hey Iman. I encountered a God-fearing man who I thought was my husband but it turns out he is a counterfeit because he’s apparently already married. Hey sis! Sorry to hear about your heartbreak. Meditate on Philippians 4:6-9. God tells us in his word to not be anxious or worried about ANYTHING and he goes on to say, make your requests known to him and his peace will guard your heart.I know its challenging at times to wait on the Lord but its the best decision you will make because God will keep you and HE will send you the man that he has ordained for your life vs you trying to make it happen on your own! Trust God and rejoice because he is faithful to his word!
