One time when I was far younger I was dating and had sex with someone who had apparently used meth and went to take a ua for a pre employment test later that day and came back positive… took me a while to figure out what happened needless to say me and him broke up. Didn’t get the job but definitely wasn’t guilty of using 🤷🏻‍♀️ sometimes stuff like that does happen but doubtful most are telling the truth if it’s a situation where you get in trouble for the results

The previous case where he plead to disorderly conduct could also be a DV incident because prosecutors will lower the charge to that or similar. I don't think when the original offence is alleged DV there shouldn't be a plea.

RV parked in their backyard. I have seen rats go in it. Her kids use it as a hang out spot. I put up a privacy fence. I called the city and they came out and said they are not allowed to look over the fence. I offered to take a panel of the fence down so they could look but they said no. They won't do anything even though I told them about the rats. You can see their trail under my fence and the greasy residue they leave on the fence so he said he believed me about the rats but he can't look so he doesn't know about the RV. LOL They also have a garage filled to the brim with stuff. There driveway holds 3 cars but they have 7 cars and trucks and a work trailer. They are really nice people though.

The only way to keep from assaulting a pregnant woman is to keep your hands off all women. Unless she hits you first, of course. Then your response must be measured. For example, if she wants to continue assaulting you, cuff her and call the police. Make sure you have witnesses to her assault and your restraint.
