We use silicone all the time in the medical field. It's not a harsh ingredient. There is a percentage of people who get clogged pores from silicones. However it can be a very helpful ingredient for others.

good to know!! everyone always harps on silicones so this is good info!

Yup. Almost everything clogs my pores, I have a list of ingredients as long as my arm that I have to avoid, but silicones are fine for me. I spent so long fearing them for nothing. -_-

Yes I'm in that percentage unfortunately

I have been using this for about 4 weeks or so and it is hands down my favorite foundation ever! It's the only one that truly looks like skin and lasts on me! And it works for my super fair skin (not a perfect match, but I can get away with it not looking orange or weird).

I'm obsessed with this foundation. The only thing is that it's not as hydrating as my dry skin would like. But it is so, so good. I layer it on top of Bare Minerals tinted gel cream and it builds so nicely.

Silicone is not a harsh ingredient. Also this is the most non toxic foundation I can find that actually works and is so affordable! Everything else at the drugstore either had chemical sunscreens or parabens which and fragrance which are bad for your health and skin. So yes, so glad Revlon released this formula!!!

I love that you use blotting paper in your foundation reviews. I think most oily people don't go a full day without blotting and it's nice to see whether it messes with the coverage or leaves marks or not.

I'm also shade Buff in most Revlon foundations. For some reason, it is challenging for me to find base products that mesh well with my undertone. Your videos that focus on shades are really helpful to me--whether it's favorite nude lipsticks for fair skin, favorite brown lipsticks for fair skin, etc. Thanks for the review!

I just took a chance with this foundation. It was on sale at Walmart. I'm 44 and now that I have more visible wrinkles I have had to ditch powders and enter a new world of creams. It has been great and I bought another tube. I will probably have to get a darker shade for summer.

I loved this foundation and i was using it for over 2 months, unfortunately it really messed up my skin, it was sad to say goodbye but i had so many break outs while using this. I love how it looks on my skin, but it did feel very thick. (I wash, moisturize, and tone my face every day and i have very dry skin.)

I've wanted this foundation since October and I finally got it last week! I got so lucky, Walgreens had a buy one get one 50% off on Revlon and they had a $4 off coupon when you walk in the door they have coupon books 😃 I was so excited! I got the shades buff and porcelain for only $12.49 USD 😁 Honestly I can't believe I was able to pay less than $7 each bottle and I will be repurchasing as long as I can! If I didn't buy the last bottle in each I would be buying them like crazy!

I think the IT is suited to a more mature skin (aka myself) as it does not crease or move all day on me. IT is luminous and dewy, I cant see how the two can even be compared given revlon is powdery and matt. Yet great review, I think Revlon will sit in all my lines and not wear well yet I shall give it a go due to the price. xox

Amazing video, I have a question! I really want to do KZbin, but it seems like whenever I upload I don't gain any new subs, barley any views and it makes me feel so down and sad, but I know KZbin is my dream. Was it like this for you at the beginning or? 💕
@somegirljesskent5 жыл бұрын
i feel like it's still like that for me! Only my hair videos get views, but that isn't where my heart is so I chose to do more makeup videos even though they don't get many views. my advice to you is don't worry about the subs or the views - make videos because you like to, not because you want money or followers. trust me, youtube itself doesn't pay much haha. but yeah, i mean it's a been a slow climb for sure! I've been making videos for like 4+ years and i'm not yet at 100k subs. and i don't make much money from it at all - i still work a full time job. just be consistent and put out videos that you would want to watch. :)

Blue light is visible light. Visible light contributes to hyperpigmentation and aging of the skin, along with UVA 1 and UVA 2 light. (While UVB is the light that causes your skin to burn, it is the visible light and UVA light that causes aging and cancer). Iron oxides have the potential to block some blue light, however,, like sunscreen it can be dependent on whether you apply enough for it to be effective.

I saw this at Shopper’s today. It looked it was brand new because it was on a centre display in the store. I think it was $18.99. I almost bought it, but I did not know my shade.... I had the nude shade in my hand. I have the ITCosmerics CC Creme too and I have never liked the smell of it (reminds me of Pledge) and it does remain tacky on my skin and then I have to powder my skin. I have many foundations on the go currently. Two are almost finished and I may pick up this new Revlon one soon. I don’t think I have much Revlon makeup in my collection and I am not sure why? Thanks for wear test on the product! 😊
