Somen Salad -

Aloha and Mahalo for joining us for another quick and easy recipe. Today we are making some easy, homemade somen salad. What takes up most of the time is actually prepping your garnishes and toppings the main dish which is the Soman noodles is the easiest to cook because all you’re doing is boiling and chilling them. Great for a hot summer day or even bringing it to a potluck. Like stated in our video, we didn’t use our homemade soul dressing but down below we will put our recipe in this video we used ponzu sauce which is also a great alternative if you like a citrus flavor. Somen salad dressing:
1 T sesame seeds
2 T sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 cup sesame oil
3 T vinegar
2 T shoyu
Pinch of black pepper
- incorporate till sugar is melted and pour over salad.
