@@l-3832 I think they r both right and wrong. But Tommy had huge character development but a lot of people don’t realize it cause they are stuck on the betrayal. Atleast it wasn’t that bad Tommy was pretty conflicted about it. I mean atleast he basically just ended the partnership and would leave Techno alone. That was until Techno Dream thing but still.

Techno cares so much about the people that he ends up working with. He might have said he was annoyed at Tommy more often than anything, but he was always there for Tommy. He helped Tommy recover and gave him a freaking home! He cares -- or cared, I don't know -- so much for these people, and it seems like they don't understand how much pain he would be going through at being betrayed not once by the same people, but *twice*! Techno doesn't show it, but he's gotta be hurting. I hope that Phil and Ranboo don't abandon him too.

My main fear with Ranboo is that he seems to be doing things he doesn't understand( i.e. blowing up the community house), and I hope beyond hope that whatever possessed him to do that does not make him betray Techno, for both their sakes.

@@Grace-53 Well, leaving aside that Technoblade didn't ally with Dream, they're just working for mutual gain in the destruction of L'manberg as a one time item.. Why does Technoblade have responsibility to the guy who already betrayed him? Why does Technoblade have to remain loyal to someone who just threw him aside and joined the guy who betrayed him, tried to have Technoblade murdered, had Philza imprisoned, and has been rather explicitly Technoblade's enemy for the entire time Tommy and he had worked together? If it's wrong for Technoblade to "ally" with Dream, surely it's worse that Tommy switched sides to Tubbo. And, he's the one who did it first, no less. Along with robbing Technoblade. After everything Techno had done for him.

Just a casual list of connections: 1: "you think everyone is in love with you"- Tommy innit (the character) is extremely arrogant and ignorant, especially with how others feel about him 2: "it was your idea for me to pretend to be plastic"- Tommy constantly blames Technoblade (and others) for his own issues 3: "to not pretend to be my friend" - TommyInnit constantly pretends to be Technoblade's friend, but always uses him as a "blade", Technoblade admires the fact that at least Dream acknowledges that after this, Technoblade and Dream are not friends and simply have a common goal. 4: "go be fine" - Technoblades mocking TommyInnit trying to go back to Tubbo after all their conflict. 5: "and I want my pink shirt" - Technoblade wants his axe of peace back.

Honestly? A whole lot of props for this. The emotions and sense of betrayal, despite how much fun techno was having at the time, were pretty palpable. He felt used, abused, and was done with it. The line that stands out to me most is "You know what happened, yesterday...? I walked in, I was willing to fight all of them for you, Tommy! I would've been there. That is the difference between us." This song and animatic embody that line to a T.
