I’ve noticed a lot of live sales do pallets of lululemon, free people, and athletes and that these brands now will only sell for live sake prices like 15/20... and they are selling much slower because people are getting NWT at those prices...

It's so true...in my previous life I worked in the corporate offices for a national retailer based here in Seattle....and it's crazy how far in advance people start thinking about buying things. I'm with you...I'm already starting to think about fall and back to school....both as a parent and a reseller!!! ;)

Hey Cayley quick question when you are purchasing an ebay shipping label through ebay and you are shipping clothing in a polybag that is under a pound so it is going First Class, do you have to put in the shipping dimensions for the polybag everytime? It just seems like this slows me down when I have 5 orders (normally i just put a default estimate in the box like 12x10x4) or can you just put in the weight as long as the item is smaller than the USPS First Class total size threshold for First Class would that be fine leaving ebays default of 1 for Width 1 for Length and 1 for Height and just putting in the weight? I feel like I could shave 4 to 7 seconds off my shipping per package.

hope this isnt a to personal question but with the different avenue of sourcing opportunity that you have with your employee and wholesale buyers do you set a weekly or monthly sourcing budget? and if you do if its not to invasive would you mind sharing how you go about setting your budget up

Right now I am very aggressive with growth which is not something I recommend for everyone. I have other income to fall back on so I'm reinvesting into inventory faster than most. I don't have a budget right now because of that. If I was doing this myself and had to follow a budget I would only buy what I could list that week and I'd make sure I could 10x my money (like if i spent 250 that week I'd want potentially gross 2500). Hope this helps but it's just my opinion and what I used to do.
