I was on the fence about crafting the nivs to finish this deck. Gotta say i am like 8-1 so far my only loss was against turn 3 rakdos aggro. This is alot more fun than traditional domain. Do you feel like this deck is more of a meta call or something that can hold its own weight over the course of the year?

More meta call atleast for what is in the deck. Sometimes you’ll just have to be more domain based and nivs might need trimmed but as the format slows a bit then this version will run well. Adapting the one ofs to fit the meta is what’s most important

Roxanne is way under appreciated and Niv Mizzet gaining 5 life for each Cornucopia in play is magic at its finest. :D

Looks better than Ali's version mana-wise. With his deck I had to include spelunking otherwise it was tap land 5 turns straight and not able to do anything.

I personally didn’t lose to red thanks to helix but it’s was a small sample size for me. However if your able to go 50-50 with red but positive against everything else then it should be fine hopefully

@@Shademore That's just the thing, you need helix online turn 2 against mono red. Otherwise you do nothing until like turn 3 or 4. And that may be too late. But I see the potential, and as you said, someone took it to mythic so it can't be that bad. 😅 Just sooo much mono red fling right now..

Sometimes I’m a little inpatient. Comes from playing a really fast deck and turn around and playing one that requires a little more timing.
