Likewise for Iofi's first costume, then the artist (fan) art and later costumes confirm her to be bigger too.

I think I get the whole cup sizes thing now. The starting number is the torso size sans booba, and the letter indicates how much extra circumference the booba adds to the torso (from the sounds of it, one letter is one extra inch). Maybe. This isn't something I'd ever need to know, after all.

Heights are available on the Hololive wiki. Bust sizes definitely warranted personal investigation. Japanese sizes run down each letter from AS to whatever, as big as they get. They do not use "double letter" sizes like the rest of the world does.

I mean they can have nearly the same volume of breast. But Ame being a good deal shorter, like being 6 inches / 15 cm shorter might indicate her having smaller rib / underbust than Kiara which result on bigger cup result. After all boob size is pretty much (peak bust line - rib line).

Basically, you measure around the bust (Overbust) and then you measure under the bust around the ribcage (Underbust). The difference between those 2 numbers is the Cup Size. Overbust - Underbust = Cup Size. So a 34 (Overbust) - 32 (Underbust) = 2 inch difference or B Cup. 32B just tells you that her ribcage is 32 inches in diameter and her Boobs are B cup or 2 inches from her ribcage.

Looking at how they include Rushia and Coco, the creator of the tier pretty much just include any talents who gets 3D debut already sans the more recent ID gen 3 and obviously the newer gen like advent and regloss. As I read somewhere they use the talents' 3D models and some fanart(?) as a basis of their measurement. Hence why Sana and Aloe is out of the picture since they never get their 3D after all.
