It's awesome that you covered this, Mutahar. I'm one of the Junior Admins for Primink's discord server. Unfortunately, the harassment hasn't stopped at Primink and Lillee Jean is copyright striking people in the server who posts any photos of Lillee. And, on Wikitubia (same day as Prim's dox being leaked there), Lillee Jean and her mother attempted to post the first names of the entire discord staff (though failed with some us, but regardless our first names has been shown in the server before so that scare tactic didn't really work). The spy account was found in an extra funny/dumb way (in case anyone is interested, I can retell it here). I'm sure they're still in the server, though. Either way, I'm really glad you covered these two idiots. The more people expose them, the more likely it'll be they'll finally be run off the internet for good! :)

I got hit with multiple strikes by pink news years back. They filed 4 of them on the same day i think in a attempt to get my channel removed. Primink was the channel that introduced me to social commentary on YT. I had no idea the genre existed before I found his work, even though there were more well known channels out there. I always wondered why he disappeared for so long, although I did suspect it may have been related to videos that did not paint the subjects in a good light - like the rewired soul, repzilla, venus the living doll, and of course lillee jean. The only person who acknowledged what he said, understood it, and changed her life in a positive manner as a result was glitterforever17. Do you know what KZbin can do to stop those people? To punish those who claim false DMCA reports. It's simple: 01. Create a simple system of trust factors. How many strikes the KZbin Channel got in a year, how much "trouble" the channel was involved in, things that could say "Hey... Keep an eye on this channel." sort of thing. 02. Create a priority blacklist, if a KZbin Channel claims DMCA and loses the case, send this KZbin Channel to this blacklist for a year. 03. Check how often the KZbin Channel makes claims, it's not normal (or even acceptable) for a channel to make multiple DMCA reports in a month or year. 04. Send a warning to the channel saying "Hey, we notice you are making too many DMCA claims and losing almost all of them, this spam needs to stop or your channel will make a trip to non-existence", or something like that. 05. The KZbin Channel isn't trust worthy? Making too many DMCA claims? Just delete the channel and that's it. KZbin can make a learning AI to improve the system over time and stop people from spamming DMCA claims and stuff like that and people won't do it more.

Be realistic, they are definitely both in on it, which explains why they have doubled down despite how this is obviously going to end now that there is a lot of attention on them. They are probably still just altering their tactics slightly as they go but feel like they've been so successful and have each other's encouragement, so they can't see the writing on the wall yet. Having two of them involved also provides a lot of plausible deniability when it comes to who did what, especially if they live together. Even if their IPs were tracked, each of them can claim they weren't responsible for anything incriminating and proving who is who becomes more of a task, if some actual criminal cases eventually fall on them.

I saw Priminks videos about her as well as some that others made… she’s insane. The things these two do are actually crazy, it’s not an act, she takes herself serious even after sending a fake document that had grammatical errors. And the ‘correction’ letter they sent talked about how they fixed the errors. What professional says “I fixed the errors” while still having mistakes in that same letter?? She’s a scary person, as well as the dude that’s with her. Both need to be punished for this. I can’t imagine having to deal with this.

Most people who truly understand the law and copyright infringement would be fine to put some money down on this since they know they would get it back. It doesn't have to be a large amount of money - it can be like $10. It would only punish people who are dumb like Laur Trueman, but even then she would just skip paying rent and getting her car registered in order to pay for it. Laur files multiple DMCA's daily against various KZbin channels and will report a channel repeatedly with different wording.

One problem I've run into. I had a video that was totally fair use. Got content ID claimed, dispute rejected. Appealed, rejected and strike on the channel. I tried several times to file a counter notice because I knew I was in the fair use right, and YT themselves REFUSED to submit my counter notification. They claimed that they couldn't see a valid reason for my counter notice. In other words, YT interjected themselves in favor of the bigger company making the claim, and that's wrong. If I am willing to risk a lawsuit being brought against me for fighting for my rights, that should be MY risk, not something YT should involve themselves in.

It's all been coming out through discovery because of her multiple ongoing court cases. it would be a waste of time. tommy probably has a few things he's sitting on, and there might be a bit more drama that cannot be substantiated, but that's kind of it. Idk if you're unaware of the constant coverage and updates or you genuinely think there's still something to uncover that would warrant it's own video. Like you said, "your point is kinda meh ."

I've been following this exact thing happening to fireb0rn with his video looking into the developer MrBadim. Dude has been abusing the dmca ever since the video came up citing harassment, doxing and abuse of copyright, literally everything he himself has done. Getting his mom (yes, his mommy) to harass fireb0rn's wife, trying and failing to get other Russian devs to get information on him, successfully got the video taken down over a screenshot of an asset his sun made which was stolen from a completely other game, but failed to follow suit with the dmca process so the video is back up. I highly recommend watching his videos over this, things are crazy wild. It's a shame that dmca is so easily abused with most if not all the punishment being not on the abuser, but the one being abused.

So this always comes to question we always see the Strisand Effect but no one asks how to stop it and the meaner spirited parts of my mind cant go without divulging how. The reason the Streisand effect occurs is by curiosity from a lack of clarity/honesty becoming civil liberties momentum. The key to stop the Strisand Effect is to end/redirect the momentum to something else just as logical as it arises from the curiosity BEFORE it snowballs into the Streisand effect on the things you don't want. So if your plan is to hide something and avoid the Strisand effect to a fact is to keep the damage local, and to do that is to give a solid reason ideally acting in a line before that fits with that solid reason. Dont fight against the current that will proc the effect to strengthen, and snowball the momentum into the effect unless your goal is to address, and fix the cause of the momentum against you. Instead redirect it to a logical conclusion AROUND what you don't want people to have if not multiple if there all applicable, and then all the things you don't want people to have will only be a possibility, and not a certainty because other more probable possibilities remove certainty on what the actual cause is. Of course not everything can this apply to some things are better off avoiding whole heartedly to everyone's betterment.
