When I was a brand new mom ( my son was born December 15th ) I was very overwhelmed and stressed out and I woke up Christmas morning to my front porch loaded with little gifts, groceries and encouraging cards. Ect.... this was almost 12 years ago and I still remember it in vivid detail. What you are doing for this family will truly stick with them for years to come.

Wow Bert you made me cry. We get so weighed down with so much negativity in the world; it’s always great to see kindness at work. Thank you for setting such a good example. We adopt a family at Christmas and what a blessing to participate in that. Seeing a four year old excited about new sheets or underwear is humbling. 🌸💜

We as ambassadors for Christ are blessed to be a blessing, and that's exactly what you and the fam-bam do. Seeing the prices in this video, makes me feel grateful that prices here at my local grocery stores are lower. I have noticed that there are storages of certain items like lunchables and a few other items are out of stock for weeks at a time. It just depends on when the trucks can deliver to the stores. Thank you for showing different grocery stores around the state of Alaska.

Well, I live in Galena, so they're spot on. However, we do very little shopping at the store here. We buy most our years dry goods from Fairbanks in one haul and send them in on the barge during the summer. Fresh fruits and vegetables are flow in on Fred Meyer bush orders after paying a 10% handling charge and air freight at almost $1.00 per pound. Then we subsistence hunt for moose, bear and fish for all of our protein. We only utilize the stores for quick necessities and the occasional snack.

Evaporated milk (not sweetened condensed) in a 12 oz. can will make up into 1 quart after you add water. It tastes very close to fresh whole milk, is cheaper than powdered and is shelf stable. In the lower 48, you can pick it up at 65 cents a can if you shop at Price Rite or Aldi's.

I guess it better to buy grocery at wholesaler like Costco because small store get goods from Costco and sell them for higher price locally . That’s how they make money

"What goes around, comes around". I was always taught that growing up, and it's true. Every good deed you do comes back to you multiplied many times over. You do all this in the name of the Lord, and he's truly blessed your family. It's amazing to see you use YT money to do good. Gives me another reason to love you all and to keep supporting your channel. God Bless 👍.

So cool that you are there cause my church in Texas has done many mission trips to there from when they had the flooding. The church there knows our pastor (in his youth group). I think we done at least 10 trips from Texas gulf to there.

Oh my goodness, I will keep my complaints down to a minimum when I go to the store from now on!! Holy moly, that ice cream price just blows my mind! Thank you for doing that & sharing it with us, it warms my heart to see you guys doing that stuff for ppl. I have helped kids at the store when they come in and don't have enough money to buy whatever it is they're buying & it does feel good to help someone out.
