I was a foster mom. My son came to live with me when he was 3yrs old. I adopted him when he was 5yrs old. Now my son is 26yrs old. Adopting my son is still the best thing I have ever done. "Hello Happy Peoples" My daughter turned 18 on September 15th and we had pictures of her from 1 year old all the way to 18 and it's incredible to see how much she has grown, it has been a wonderful journey and she has become a amazing young woman, she will be graduating high school next may and the following fall will be attending Oklahoma University medical school to become a pediatrician. You are so blessed to have such amazing children, cherish every moment because as you know they grow up so fast.

It looks like such a wonderful day to celebrate such a beautiful child. She looks like she totally enjoyed it. As an adopted person growing up we also celebrated the day we moved into our family and we called it " Our Anniversary". We celebrated the anniversary of becoming a family with our choice of dinner and a gift from our family. At 70 years of age it still brings such warm thoughts when I think of it.
