The movie Moulin Rouge is filled with amazing talent, one of which is Nicole Kidman singing.

Family sings love songs all the time, when they sing it together, they aren’t fantasizing that the song is about them, they’re singing it to appreciate the lyrics and message of the song, all while having a great bonding moment on stage.

I think it’s just weird to picture bc most romantic duets are released by two people who can act out the romantic roles. And you never see a father-daughter or mother-son release a love song together these days. It’d give off the wrong idea and put people off.

I agree with you 2 on your rating.

I personally prefer the Nicole and Robbie version because it’s got more feeling and I’m just a sucker for a romantic duet. I did think it was a little weird that Frank was singing this particular song with his daughter but that might just be because you don’t usually see duets with father-daughter duos it’s usually man-woman love interests.

I’ve gotta say Robbie and Nicole. There is a chemistry there. And props to her not being his daughter 😂

I didn't know you existed 5 minutes ago. I like the concept of your channel. I prefer Frank and Nancy's version. Could you play Strangers In The Night by Frank?

Scott here. Thanks for joining us and we’ll take a look at that. I’m not familiar with any other versions but his.

Andy Williams did it, as well as Vikki Carr (we share the same birthday, but not year). Though Frank and daughter set the tone for that classic, I think Vikki's version is more heartfelt. Andy does a good job, he was a better singer than Frank IMHO, but a little on the bland side.

Frank and Nancy all day, but that video did not match the song.
@MusicallyChallenged5 жыл бұрын
No, it didn’t match in the slightest! The problem was the video we were watching and that you listened to didn’t have any visuals, so I could that video and superimposed it over the video we were watching, only later to notice how awful it was! Oh well, at least the music was good! Scott

@@MusicallyChallenged by the way, there is also a video of Nancy singing that song with her brother, Frank Jr. Not sure which is creepier!

Robbie Nicole version is better because it's an appropriate coupling

Frank and Nancy. The fact that they were father and daughter is irrelevant. They are not signing TO each other, they are singing WITH each other

I cannot stand Robbie Williams (I think he has no special voice and cannot sing)! For me Frank & Nancy Sinatra were far better! 😛 But when I listen carefully Nicole is singing Frank's part while Robbie is singing (or tries to sing) Nancy's part! 😮
