This bike is equipped with a spring rear shock instead of an air rear shock, giving it a noticeably firm feel. While spring rear shocks are a more economical option, they can initially feel stiff and require a break-in period. On the other hand, air rear shock absorbers offer superior performance but tend to come with a higher price tag and require regular maintenance.

A basic all around Ebike in performance. It seems to be set up more as a mountain bike for a specific price point. My Rad was purchased after one of your reviews and I'm always looking for another bike for friends to ride when they visit. Thanks Matt. Another excellent review.

Yeah, I like that cargo bike. Seems to be all basic Ebike components too, brakes, battery, motor and all are chosen to keep the price down on both versions.

You should loosen those allen screws that holds the rear shock, alot of times they are over tightened and that can work, but, maybe not, just depends...Sometimes riding over some curbs will cause it to break free..

The shock looks like it was bending to the left at the middle where the 2 components meet, like they aren't lined up tightly enough to stay perpendicular, causing the tips to jam into each other rather than glide along each other completely parallel

I think it might be defected rear shock and you mentioned air shock? most air shock would have adjustment by air pressure control.

No he didn’t, there would be witness marks from the swinging arm hitting within that couple of millimeters space at the very least, the paint would be chipped, which it is not.

There are some bikes like that confusing me now too. I'm like oh cool it's mid drive then I see the rear hub and realize it must be just a block off plate and a frame compatible with mid drive motor mount.

New power drill and impacts have a hand tighten mode that once the experience the bolt being tight enough it will actually stop turning the bolt on its' own.

Just loosen the 3 bolts on the arm . I had the same problem on my engwe engine pro .. they tightened the bolts/screws too much , also they used a shorter sleeve in the center bolt . Typical crap QC from the Chinese . I wouldn't dare get on a chinese made E-bike without checking it all over first
