PIZZA ROLLS W/ BUFFALO RANCH SAUCE
PIZZA DOUGH INGREDIENTS:
Warm water
Sugar
Active Dry Yeast
Olive Oil
AP Flour
Sea Salt
STEPS:
Combine water, yeast and sugar
Let mixture sit for 5 min.
Stir in olive oil
Add flour and salt; mix until a ball forms
Cover and let rise for up to an hour
PIZZA ROLLS INGREDIENTS:
Olive oil
Italian sausage
Minced Garlic
Diced green pepper
Diced onion
Diced mushrooms
Diced pepperoni
Marinara sauce
Shredded mozzarella
STEPS:
In a skillet, add onion and green pepper; cook down.
Add sausage; cook until softened
Add mushrooms and pepperoni; cook 2 min.
Stir in marinara sauce and reduce heat; simmer until thickened
Remove from heat; add mozzarella
Remove dough and shape
Spoon mixture on top; seal with water
Cook at 375° for 12-15 min
BUFFALO RANCH DIPPING SAUCE INGREDIENTS:
Mayonnaise
Sour Cream
Franks Red Hot
Buttermilk
Minced Chives
Minced Parsley
Onion Powder
Garlic Powder
STEPS:
Add all ingredients to a bowl; whisk to combine

This is so true, but one thing I’ve noticed is how great Bert is with coming up with the most random and off the wall type of questions.. Nobody else would of just so casually asked Jason multiple questions about butt fucking, and made it funny but also being genuinely curious.. his brain works so differently and It gets people to open up and talk about things that you don’t hear in other podcasts..

Jason takes an ass whooping from leaning in to his honesty about himself too hard from his SiriusXM/Stern days. He rode that train to stardom at the time but gave no consideration to privacy having some value. Ellis is awesome, I feel for him for being a real honest, genuine person while not being afraid to explain how he sucks personally. I wish people could respect that.

Honestly, Jason and Bert talking about balancing those two voices in their heads was an incredible insight. I’ve had problems with being a bullshitter, and hearing Bert, the king of bullshitting, talk openly about being full of it and laugh at himself for it healed something in me. At the heart of things we just want to be liked, sometimes to the point that it makes us less likable. Jason does it by being honest to a fault, Bert does it by bullshitting to a fault. But the reality is, their friends love them in spite of those flaws
