Slight correction with Boothill. It was his synesthesia beacon that was messed with, not Boothill himself. Everyone in the star rail universe we've seen has a Synesthesia Beacon. It's basically a universal translator. Boothill was also originally completely human but his body was almost completely destroyed and ultimately replaced with machinery. Iirc, his body was destroyed in the same event that led to the death of his wife and daughter at the hands of the IPC.

YES, Bailu *is* a dragon actually! They commonly call her "dragon lady" in-game. She's a little gremlin and is constantly on the run from people trying to protect her. Fun fact about Gepard, he is extremely plain and vanilla as a character but something neat about him is that giant black case he swings around is actually Serval (his big sister)'s guitar case, which gives him some cool points. Seele is most viewed because she's one of the most popular characters in Mihoyo's prior game, Honkai Impact. Her and Bronya were best "friends" (they were totally girlfriends) in that game so Bronya being in this trailer is 1000% fan service.
