That Bal matt silicone is very good. I now use it all the time.

I sincerely sympathize. It is annoying when work is delayed or has to be redone. I had a similar situation this month. I install water and sewer pipes and other plumbing stuff myself. I ordered a horizontal drain with a click clack grate to place a water leak sensor in this drain (this drain will not be used to drain water, but only to contain a water leak sensor connected to servo drives). I plan to glue a cut-to-size piece of porcelain stoneware tile to the click clack grate and make it flush with the main floor. But I received a drain without a click clack grate, because of this I cannot finish laying the porcelain stoneware tiles on the floor, and the new drain will arrive only on the 7th.

There’s no way ide have been working there if the client insisted no boots not only is it demeaning it’s dangerous ( drop a tile on ur toe or something and it’s u that wind up in a and e ) but that’s ok as long as the clients carpet ain’t soiled by ur boots , if there that concerned use dust sheets but ide never coattail to a no boots policy

Hey Paul! I totally understand where your coming by from it is an inconvenience. My customers (who are also my friends) had just painted their stairs so they did kindly ask if I’d mind removing my footwear which I did. Seeing as I was only there for a couple of hours each time I didn’t mind. Thanks for watching and have a great day 😄

I’ve done a few jobs for Muslims and even they understand we need to wear work safe clothes.
