4:16 the element he had before was palladium, as mentioned in iron man 1 in the cave when he was disassembling the missile, and later mentioned when ivan vanko (dude with ewips) says to Tony that palladium poisoning was a horrible way to die. Because tony was getting poisoned by the thing that was keeping him alive, he created a new element that would power the archreacter using the information from his father's time, and I dont remember the movie specifying what that element was named. Also he got the metal removed in iron man 3 after the fight with the "Mandarin" Edit: Black widow was actually introduced in iron man 2

Loki wasent salty, when he fell into to space in one of the Thor movies he was eventually found by thanos, who tortures him and mind controled him with a scepter that then became his. This was also shown in his eyes, as they changed colour to the same shade of blue everyone else's became when they were controlled.
