"I'm sixty-three years old...and I'm in love...for the first time in my life." one of the greatest movie lines I've ever heard...no joke. maybe i don't watch that many movies, idk, but hearing this touched me deeply and helped me to see that there's always hope left. excellent movie. if you haven't seen it...watch it. its well worth your time. glad to see that people appreciate it as much as i do...

Is crazy because my twin flame is 43 years old and never been I love until he met me .I was divinely guided to watch this movie after we met in January of this year .And I was called singleness for 14 years .God had me wait for my special man .It was certain parts of this movie I could identify with like the sex scene when she cried because she never thought she’d like it .We tend to forget what intimacy feels like when we been so used to being alone .Working on ourselves we become numb to human companionship .Even with the bed scene sharing was deeply felt because I can’t imagine someone taking up my bed .I like my privacy .And the thought of someone beside me makes me cringe .But now I’m ready to love and it’s new and exciting .But scary .I was happy being single it represented peace of mind .It look me being patient to get my Latin man and him not thinking love was in the cards .Afraid of what came with it .But rightfully so we are doing just that .Embarking on a new journey as a child would fresh out the wound .This scene was so personal to me and unmatched I cried so beautiful.

Same!! Even when I first watched this movie at 13 when it came out. Such a beautiful line, and sad to experience that late in life. But better now than never.

This is the most amazing way for this amazingly honest, vulnerable, poignant and emotionally entertaining and comical movie to end. I have seen this movie with Jack and Diane shout out to 'John Cougar' well over a hundred times, I've watched it three times in a day, love them! Love the entire cast....incredibly well written movie, it's real...."I'm sixty three yrs. old and I'm in love for the first time in my life." Many within these comments have stated the same thing, that line is beyond truth! It's wonderful. You will meet your soulmate in life, the age is not a given.....and when you do hold on tight. Don't go looking for love, it happens in the strangest and most surreal ways.🙏🌈❤💜😊

The wonderful ending when they all are so happy! Especially Jack's character. His affectionate pat on her backside- normally perceived as egotistic- but here I simply do not mind the gesture, for he really 'gets it'- she is so very wonderful, and he is busting at the seams to show his happiness. And, that she is warmed by the pat and is not demeaned in any way is her way of showing her love back. A great ending to a wonderful movie!

He became traumatized and depressed after losing her to Harry. Sought therapy and discovered he has mom issues, which explain why he fell in love with a senior citizen, and as a result devoted himself to his work; suffice it to say, he never loved again; died alone with a broken heart. Fate, it seems, is not without a sense of irony.

I hated the ending🙄. It was a such a cliche and very disappointing. Jack Nicholson’s character didn’t deserve Diane Keaton’s character. Harry really broke Erica’s heart and to see that Erica moved on with her life and started dating a great man like Keanu Reeve’s doctor character was very rewarding for Erica. I felt the movie should have ended with Harry setting her free and allow her to date doctor because of how bad he broke her heart and how confident she became after he broke her heart. One of the worst endings I’ve seen in a romantic comedy! So predictable and underwhelming😥 You can tell this was movie just by how formulaic it was.🙄
