You are a bold woman wearing white on a meatball sub episode! Cpming from an off the boat great grandmother from Italy who made fresh pasta for amazing Sunday dinners, I would griddle the inside of the sub roll with garlic, oil and butter. Chili flakes toasted into the bread them are great too!

Excellent. I keep lots of homemade meatballs in the freezer. I make a big batch and freeze them for any time I need them quick. A salad and a meatball sub is a perfect lunch or dinner.

I haven't watched your more recent videos. Have to say I really miss the old, longer format. It wasn't even that much longer and was much more enjoyable. They felt like you were making a video because you enjoyed it and sharing your love of food. The newer, shorter ones feel like you're doing a job to keep that income coming and views up.
