Sometimes it hurts.

I love looking at memories.
No one can steal them and they are tucked warm and tight in my heart.
But sometimes the missing part just… hurts.
In trying to heal, I have to accept those emotions and deal with them and let them go.
It’s harder some days. Today is one of those days.
