Wow that's a big promotional fee plus the regular selling fee. Good thing the fees can be write offs at tax time. Breaking up a set depends on the overall value of the set.

Just going to add that I just go with what eBay recommend for promo fee most of the time. It takes out a bigger chunk, but it does get me a smidge more sales. If I had more inventory and storage I'd keep it lower, but I like the sell-through. I should do a video on this and my reasoning! :) As always, thanks for the comment!
