Sometimes New Isn't Better- RV Gate Edition

RV Gates are a great way to increase the usability of your property / home, the uses are not limited to parking an RV or trailer in the back but they also allow access for things like landscape developments ect.
That's why 3 years ago I started this channel with an RV gate build video:

This video showed how I built my own RV gate and in today's video I show why it is so much better than the cheap builder grade RV gate my neighbor just put in.
To be clear, I'm happy they put in an RV gate, it's a great thing to do, but there's a better way to do it. Hire me to build it.

You forgot to mention that yours has an entire metal from at the pilliars the is supporting the gates weight over the entire hieght of the block pillar
