Instead of complaining you could’ve put some plastic down, or whatever to guide the oil away from that bar

that sway bar is essential there. its to direct the flow of draining oil to a convenient location. why have it drain 1.5' away when you have a sway bar to have it easily flow 2 inches away from the pan??

yes but the counter party is all carters are the same and on another car the oil go out without touching nothing and the day you need one oil carter you can take it in a car with the same engine

Moving a sway bar 1/2" is not a trivial design change. If this oil change mess is a known issue then prepare for it. There's plenty of access space to do this without a mess. The mess wasn't that bad. Just something to moan about is the take away from this video.

Hello ! Do not update this $600 diagnostic device if you have downloaded all the new things. If you update this device now, it will happen that you can no longer look and check certain things when doing diagnostics on the car! This has happened to many people. I, for example, do not see ABS and ABG systems on my Hyndai Getz car after the update!

I'm familiar with Chrysler engineering. Had a 96 Grand Cherokee with the V-8 , oil filter is directly above the starter ! 🤔 So unless you shield the starter you end up with a giant mess ! I would cuss every time I had to do an oil/ filter change. 🤬

And I love the Chevrolet GMT 400 at least the two-wheel drive because you have to take the transmission support crossmember out to change the transmission fluid cuz you can't get the pan off and you want to talked about a bad design for the record I actually like most Chevys and Dodges and most Fords but I absolutely hate the way Chevy did the crossmember on those trucks
