The new, upcoming Gravity 98. If you had arm pain before, you're going to get it again. Babs have addictive power but also a bad rep for arm pain, and deservedly so. For now, I'd say stick to the Blade but string much lower for more pop off the string bed. Try thin gauge 40 lbs with full poly, you'll be pleasantly surprised. Your arm will feel better than ever before, easier spin, and a lot more power. Control won't diminish much.

How about an elbow compression sleeve and one of those elastic wrist guards? Works wonders for me and at 62, I am more prone to injury. I've seen tour pros wear similar items. You can get the Walmart store brand of both items for about $20 here in Dallas. Might cost a bit more in Cali.

that makes a lot of sense...depending on what caused the injury exactly

Hey there, I'm about to start playing ITF Futures full time, and I'm changing from the Blade V8 98 16/19 with Solinco Tour bite to the Vcore 98 16/19, but am not sure which yonex string to change to. I do have elbow/shoulder problems, so I would like something good for my arm. I do like the feel of the solinco tour bite, but maybe something similar but easier on the arm? What do you recommend? Thank you so much, love your videos!!

The only pain I had was with blade 98 v8, when I tested it.

Did coach Jerod try a speed mp ? It’s stable for its weight with good access to spin and power.
