I love her honesty. As an introverted extrovert, i can relate.

Yeah. I get it too. People see me out and about alot and mixing and mingling with people but at the same time I often like to be anonymous. I like her generally.

Glad she will continue for another season.

Danielle is a cool person - she is confident and doesn’t take crap and gets unnecessary heat for that often times.

Once you understand the mind of Danielle you start to like her a lot, she is fierce and that energy scares some.

Is Andy OK? He seems flushed in this interview?

Not a Collin’s fan at all. Give her here kudos for being a D1 Champ before going on tour, and had a nice career on the WTA, but not a fan of her drama on court, and weak handshakes at the net when she loses.
@MrBjorn6Ай бұрын
I find her amusing, her come on scream is very similar to Serena Williams 😅
@kevinlakeman5043Ай бұрын
Agreed. Never really plaid much attention to her before this year cuz she really wasn't that relevant. I watching her a lot this season & was impressed by her level of play. But the more I saw/heard how she was actually as a person, the more I came to dislike her. Listen to how crass & disrespectful she is to ppl working the tournaments- umpires, kids getting the drinks/towels/etc., & her opponents. She's been incredibly crass & petty. Accusing other players of being phony, gamesmanship w/ bathroom breaks & what she claims are fake injuries, when she could be accused of exactly the same. No class.

Danielle is a different person off court. Many players are affected by the on court competitive juices that make great players

Danielle huge fan of yours. Saw you crush Kerber at the AO 6-0 6-2 in person. Esp as myself a lefty who plays righty and thus has a wicked 2H BH. Can I ask you - I was rooting so hard for you to make a run at a slam this year and more importantly, make the WTA finals as I thought for sure you would. Now that it looks like, barring 2 withdrawals due to injury, that won't happen, how do you feel about your year? Winning Miami and Charleston back to back was amazing but I had definitely hoped to see you at the WTA finals in your last year. For my money you definitely beat out Dementieva as the best player not to win a Slam (which is a backwards compliment I know but I mean the compliment part) and the best BH on the women's tour since Li Na. Andy I'm assuming you're getting some laser or imiquimod ablation therapy for actinic keratosis, SCC and BCC? Clearly this was an older interview.

She was supposed to retire. Never liked her crappy attitude and whining. Never rooted for her, never will. Thumbs down Andy!

Collins reminds me of a cat eating lemons. She's like school in summer time.

Her screaming on court and poor sportsmanship make me glad she is retiring. For me she is just impossible to like. Andy on the other hand is awesome.
