When i was small i had an incredible music teacher named Gimarco who was a member of the national marine corp band. He always drilled in me the importance of playing with meaning and feeling and emotion. I loved the beatles, and the beautiful music of those eras that emily sings. With most of the music now days and i won't elaborate.I find allot just distasteful. But renewing my love for music is these young talents like Emily and well Emily sure stands out in that crowd. I do read yours and Steve's reviews and like them as well. I think both of us will be glued to watching Emily's career unfold. I simply love the melody that Emily seeks. I find myself as i age deeply meditating to the beauty of life especially when I'm listening to music while flying my hang glider wing. Emily, that was brilliant. You brought tears to an 82 year old's eyes. I had a 57 year love affair with an angel, so when I hear a song like yours, a tear or two is appropriate.
