Your hair and makeup were beautiful. You've always been creative with your hair. 👌🏾 I must tell you that it was so nice seeing you speak to those young women. You always have a good message with the intention to make the world a better place for everyone, and you're SO natural. It's not easy at all to speak in front of a room full of people and appear extremely comfortable. How old is Phil now? If I remember correctly, Phil was with you and Patrick in Florida. He was so adorable standing in your suitcase. Awe!! 😊

thanks love! this was truly one of my best speeches. the audience was so great, just attentive and engaged. i had so many moments i had to pause for laughs i wasn't expecting or just people in the audience saying amen. it was so very cool. i was certainly in my element. trying to get back into making some hair videos cause i have lots of new hairstyles to share. I think Fil is.....6 or 7? We got him right before we moved to NY and he was still a puppy. he's so funny, i bought him a bed and i swear he's determined to sleep everywhere BUT his bed. suitcases, CLEAN laundry, my closet...i always have to hunt for him in the am cause you never know where he passed out lol

You're honestly so inspiring, I would love to be where you are someday. AAUW does such great things for empowering young girls! I attended a STEM camp for girls on a scholarship with them as a kid, it was an awesome experience.

The story about the snail and the caterpillar? (sorry I didn't totally catch what the second animal was) sounded like an amazingly easy metaphor to show people who don't understand privilege. I remember you said in former videos that you don't have eyebrows and on snapchat you don't draw them on so you'll get more confident about them. But I thought you literally don't have eyebrows, not that you have ones that aren't really strong and visible. I thought that for some reason maybe your eyebrows don't grow or you shave them and you draw the whole thing on and there isn't one hair on your forehead. So you DO have eyebrows.
