It might... and it's very hard to argue with how well done this is. But this team has a consistent fun style & a great sense of where its storyline is going. Plus knowing how much to dole out to us each minute. I'd trust them to flesh out some of the threads hinted at! And if a 1 hour or so feature does well on KZbin or by subscription, who knows how much interest streaming services might show for making a series. I'd _adore_ a more light hearted series right now!

I was about to write a comment about how him disappearing wouldnt be possible because then he wouldnt have existed in the first place to go back in time and wave at the neighbour to delay the neighbour by a second and stop himself from existing thus creating some endless weird paradox time thing and how thats how time travel never really works in film and tv when theyre trying to change something in time but then it turns out it was all just an elaborate prank and you made a very good film, bravo!

You got the black hole in there and that's all I needed to not worry about the fact the son still existed

@@Futureboyfriends Well, the way I thought since they technically couldn't travel past a period when the time travel device had been made, the time travel device must employ some kind of Hisenberg compensator to cope with uncertainty going back but a temporal regulator to ensure that the timeline wouldn't be disturbed by the time travel to the past. (I watched something in the 90s with Kip Thorne and Stephen Hawking saying that time travellers -sorry - tourists would travel back but would have no interaction in the past because, once they leave, the regulator basically resets the timeline to the point there is no point going back. The sort of "take only pictures, leave footprints because it's the past get over it" sort of thinking.)

This was very well done. The acting was great the scene construction was great. The special effects worked. And it built tension. What I don't understand about these young filmmakers today is why they think they need to cuss. It doesn't make it better. It doesn't make it funnier. It doesn't make it more real. It just makes your movie so you can't show it to a wider audience. So it's either the writers or improv. But then all of it has to get past the director. Whoever made this made a great movie and you could have a great career ahead of you. But take a lesson from Back to the Future.
