As an Alaskan listener I feel it is my duty to ask for a weather report! (Feeling called out by Jesse.) After finding this podcast and being part of the audience throughout college, it has been an amazing journey not only listening to the podcast while in my hometown of York, PA but now being a listener in Eagle River, Alaska. Its hard not to think about you goons, since there is a restaurant here named El Pastor. Also the amount of small coffee shop stands here is bizarre yet iconic. They are literally the size of a small room and trucks & cars are always in line for them. Thank you for constant motivation, keep up the great work!

Its a suburb of Manchester with a church (St. James Church) that was originally built in 1235, though the current building went through renovations and modifications in the 1600s and 1800s. I'm amazed that you haven't heard of Svalbard. But when we talk about countries you can check out Säffle, Värmland, Sweden. It's the youngest city in Sweden. The city who had 11 pizza places/ restaurants back in the days. Guess people liked to go out to different places everyday 😂

Weather request: Brno, Czech Republic. It is the second biggest city in the country, and similarly to Florida the city is known for bizarre news stories recently there was a March of Silly Walks through the centre. There is also a big black astronomical clock in the main square which is laughed at for its unique shape. Brno also has its alligator, it is a "dragon" - stuffed crocodile that hangs at the old town hall.

Well, seeing as the president is set thought I'd give my first weather request response - Athlestaneford, Scotland. Crendor that pronunciation was one of the attempts of all time. It was kinda mean trick, you'd a never got it. It's pronounced, “Ail-shin-ferd”. Aye Jesse folk do live in these places, Athelstaneford is one of the primary schools I went to. Also surprised Jesse wasn't more into the history of the Scottish Saltire it's the oldest flag in Europe. It's said to have been seen in the sky before a victory for Angus mac Fergus, High King of Alba and his army of Picts over the Anglo-Saxon Athelstan of Northumbria in the year 832CE. Hungry Jacks: Burger King wanted to open up restaurants in Australia but the name "Burger King" was taken so they named it Hungry Jacks (after the franchise owner Jack Cowen who also owns Australia's KFC) They had a contract with him to open up a certain number of resturaunts per year and in the 90's the trademark on the name expired so they started to open their own stores under the Burger King name. It was a very different beast however with "supersized" combo options, desserts that weren't available on Hungry Jack's menu. Jack Cowen sued them and the courts found that he was correct and hadn't broken the contract. Rather then pay him the damages Burger King was just like "Yeah no, we're just gonna close up shop"

Man, I love the podcast but sometimes it's difficult to listen to Jesse complaining about things. The youtube algorithm doesn't recommend videos that people don't want to watch, and Crendor was trying so hard to explain that. He just stubbornly believes that he knows better and it's youtube picking on him, despite admitting that he has no idea how it works, and he refuses to accept that it might be because he keeps making videos that people don't want to watch. The same goes for ASMR; he's clearly seen a couple of weird mouth sound videos and refuses to accept that any other kind of ASMR video exists, even though Crendor has multiple channels specifically for that. Don't get me wrong, I love the old man energy that they've always had, but Jesse was crossing into the worst kind of boomer ignorance in this episode.
