This film is made by regency and at that point in 1993 it didn’t have a logo. The first logo was introduced in 1994 and that’s when they decided to use this music for it

Michael McNamara back when this film came out Regency didn’t have a logo. It wouldn’t debut until a year later with The Client (1994). The logo was silent or used opening music from films. Starting with Bogus (1996), The studio decided to have a fanfare that was an excerpt from this main title theme.
