Ever since legends of runeterra, ive wondered about seraphine's mom and why she wasn't there. Forgive my math but my theory is that Sona maybe be Sera's mom since Sona is in her late 20s and there are usually moms who look as young as their daughters. Plus Piltover and Demacia might have some relations in coexistence, who knows.
