Mondi is independent in some areas, but shows his bias towards the ANC, specifically in Tshwane, & I got the distinct impression that it was linked (naturally) to the colour of Cilliers’ skin & not his ability or track record of running The municipality. His skewed views on the NHI & Bela bill are neither rational nor measured & I’d love to know what his opinion was of why the ANC have not built or maintained decent schools or hospitals in the last 30 years for which millions & millions were allocated from the fiscus.
