The fact that shadow only gets defensive and fights Sonic again because Sonic shows the concerning signs of getting attached to these alternate versions of his friends 😭 mans is SCARED and trying to make sure sonic doesnt fall off the wrong path so bad. He knows whats good for the world and is afraid sonic will get too attached to want to bring back everything they love. The Sonic fandom has more Sonamy/Sonally shippers than Sonadow shippers. Sonic Frontiers and MoSTH literally has actual proof of Sonic returning Amy's feelings.
