La tsampa tibetana solo lleva cebada tostada y molida, mezclada con mantequilla y agua o té, tiene un sabor parecido al pinole de maíz. Felicidades por el video, me gustó que tiene mucha creatividad

+Tse tan Indeed your and our history has been connected a lot. Even today we follow tibetan buddhism. Dalai is a mongolian word. Tibetan mastiff is almost same as our Bankhar but totally different. The way momo is pinched looks like our dumplings. Your butter tea and our milk tea is quite similar. We use a lot of salt and butter(but not too much like you do). Instead of brewing tea in hot water, we just boil tea and water for a while to make it. I still like to eat Zamba sometimes reminds me of times living with my uncle's nomadic family.

it tastes fantastic! Finally bought some from amazon after wanting to try it for 20 odd years. Watched this and decided on the spot to add milk, butter, sugar, raisins and almonds, because that's what I have in the house, and I'm loving it already. Consider me a fan. :D

UltimateGuru23 basically, u can add any nuts, sugar, salt, butter, milk. It's like healthy cereal but it's Barley flour🙏

In Kazakhstan Kazakhs has same type of food like tsampa. We use corn, wheat, millet, sometimes barley. It’s gives warm and satiety
