how wonderful! Takes me back to my high school days when I used to play a lot of bassoon, and I was always jealous of the other would be in players - except of course Poulenc wrote that trio for oboe bassoon and piano Not Poulenc of course, but I do remember a beautiful rendition of Syrinx by one of my comrades at my sister school there was the daughter of Douglas Whitaker - so we were all in awe
