This is one of my all-time favorite songs, and my absolute favorite song from Gordon Lightfoot. Young lady, I don’t know who you are. I have never heard of you, but you have the most amazing voice that can reach into the hardened heart of a 66 year old, retired and disabled cop and touch it like a few people ever have. I hope that you are singing somewhere, and if you ever make it to Texas, please let the world know. I would stand in line for hours in any kind of weather to have the privilege of hearing your beautiful voice. Thank you so much for sharing your gift! I wish you nothing but good things.
