This reminds me of the Yugoslav Partisan song "Po sumama i gorama" (or in the Russian context, the Siberian Riflemen whicj the title of the song in Russian is "Po dolinam i po vzgoriam"), especially in the first notes in the start (they have very similar tunes napansin ko, compare it yourself.), perhaps na-inspired ito sa kantang iyon? And if it is inspired, I'm glad that we have a Filipino version of that song because it sounds so good and is so fitting for the fight of communist guerillas. One of a kind really, a Filipino version of such a good song.
