A few points you missed: -If we're bringing online website flash games I'm surprised you didn't mention Gaia since in 2009 they collaborated with Sonic and the Black Knight and you could unlock Sonic with the excalibur sword from the game. -For Hatsune Miku you can unlock a Sonic statue in the background in the 3DS game Project Mirai. -Similar to Hatsune Miku Project Mirai for the 3DS, a Japan exclusive PS Vita game by SEGA using the Project Diva engine called Miracle Girls Festival you can unlock a Sonic statue in the background as well. -In Bubsy The Woolies Strike Back you unlock a level later on tiled Sonic "and one titled Mario". -There is a game for the NAOMI arcade called Toy Fighter and you can see a Sonic doll in the background in some levels. -While not exactly a Sonic cameo but the idea of a gambling Sonic game shouldn't surprise you as there was an arcade Sonic Adventure 2 pachinko game, think of it as a spiritual sequel to SA2 but it's a gambling machine. -Also I don't remember if you included this or not before but Project Rub on the Nintendo DS (also known as Feel The Magic) had you unlock some SEGA cosmetics including a Sonic head for the female. -There's also Rhythm Thief where one of the musical levels has you play the music from Sonic Unleashed. -Similarly, Samba De Amigo Version 2000 on Dreamcast had several dlc songs from different SEGA IPs including a bunch for Sonic such as It Doesn't Matter, Open Your Heart, Lazy Days, My Sweet Passion, Super Sonic Racing, and Sonic You Can Do Anything.
