@@alanandrade2083 Ken Penders is the Number One reason that cliffhanger was never resolved. According to _him,_ the Nocturnus and Shade were too similar to his own characters, so he sued SEGA and ultimately barred anything new in this game from ever resurfacing in a SEGA game.

Bry-ccentric Well, the characters were exactly the same, just different names. The problem was that the courts leaned to much on Ken’s favor. There was a contract between sega and ken that says that the characters are sega property. There would have been no problem but a fire burned several documents including this contract. Despite there being tweets proving the existence of a contract (Ken had even tweeted about it himself), despite there being a fire that could have wiped out a contract, despite the tendency of sega to make contracts to keep the addition of characters under the same franchise, despite ken penders’s work never existing had sega not allowed him to write the story in the sonic universe, the courts allowed ken to win. I think that’s just stupid of American courts, but we already know those courts are stupid at every level. Ken penders won’t even let sega use his characters for video games because he’s a douchebag. He’s using the characters for a garbage comic about “knuckles’s daughter” and the filth even has the balls to say that sega should hand over the use of knuckles for his trashy comic. He said it would be better for both parties yet he won’t hand over his characters in exchange. Think about how things could’ve been resolved if Ken was at least a human of any worth or if the American courts were competent...

One of the many reasons is due to an incident involving Archie's former writer, Ken Penders, attempting to sue SEGA and the company who helped them make this or something among those lines for simple coincidences he spazzed out about.Who even cares if the Nocturnus Clan felt like the Dark Legion or that Shade felt a bit like Julie-Su to some or just Penders? I certainly don't and to be honest, he's to blame for the development just ceasing, in my honest opinion.

I liked this game, had some issues when I was playing the game, boy, the first marauder was pissing me off he kept winning, then the time when I had to figure out how to operate that one machine at mystic ruins, then that crazy matching game with the colors at metropolis was also making me mad, I hated that part of the game. then I had trouble defeating Lord 9 almost at the end of the part, I brought Omega with me to help me out. I still have this game, but I haven't played it in a while. the bosses are pretty easy to defeat since everyone is most likely gonna be missing most of their attacks. :)

I consider every fight that you cannot run away from to be a "Boss Battle." With that said, the video should've included: 1) Enraged Armadillo battle in Green Hill Zone. 2) Sentry Drone in Green Hill Zone 3) The battles against 2 SWAT Bots in each Eggman hideout to get each Communicator. 4) 4 Robodillos in Mystic Ruins to get the Eggman Device. 5) The 3 Laser Drones after shutting down the force field. 6) The Nocturne Hastatus on board the airship. 7) The Guardian Pawn with 2 Seeker Drones guarding the anti-aircraft cannon in Metropolis. 8) 4 Nocturnus Velites on Angel Island. 9) 4 Nocturne Hastatus on Angel Island. 10) Kron Warrior upon entering Kron Colony. 11) 2 Kron Warriors. 12) Gentleman (optional) 13) 2 Zoah Brutes (either wanting to get past them, or after applying for citizenship)

You know what sucks? That final battle with Super Sonic. They had the opportunity to make it one last awesome fight, but no, they did automated POW moves instead. Despite being a kid when I played this, I remember hating that fight because it was so stupidly unsatisfying. The least they could've done was allow Super Sonic to be usable in NG+. adrian hernandez They reduce the received damage by like 2 points and massively reduce the received damage of their respective elements. That second effect doesn't really matter though, as there are only 3 enemies who actually use elemental damage (all of the Gizoid variations who use Earth and Wind attacks).

This is minor but in the underground tunnels of Metropolis, you can have a conversation with Shadow. And he tells Sonic that once they find Omega, he’s leaving the team. Well, once you find him, (or ignore the matter because Omega is an optional character) it’s never mentioned again. This to me should’ve had better background, but that’s just me. Anyone know what I’m talking about?

If Sega ever wants to make another Sonic RPG they should get the people who worked on the Mario and Luigi RPG series, as well as some of the people who worked on Fire Emblem and Zelda, Final Fantasy, and Persona. Just a thought.
