Is it just me or for people who play on consoles the fps always seems to get lower. I play on Xbox and every time i play my fps always drops below 40 they should add something to increase fps like some kind of performance mode.

Short Ms is good but im talking about how the fps will fluctuate up and down depending on the action that you are doing. For example: standing still opposed to walking or running your going from 60 fps to 30 i dont understand it.
